We want you to know you are not alone

Maybe you've been trying to conceive for a while now and feel like you're  just about at the end of your rope.

Village Therapy was founded by a mama, for mamas, because conception, pregnancy and parenting isn't easy and it really does take a village. We are specialists in maternal mental health and provide telephone, text, and video therapy.

Wherever you are on your journey, we are here to help you through. Village Therapy provides "on-the-go" counselling, by way of telephone, text messaging and live video chat,  to women and their partners to address mental health concerns during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Traditional in person appointments are available on Friday's for Calgary clients for folks that prefer to connect face-to-face.
