VILLAGE THERAPY
Online Therapy Sessions
All of our sessions are offered either by telephone or live video chat. Village Therapy uses a platform called Jane to offer encrypted live video sessions. This is similar to Facetime or Zoom to give you a reference point.
Ultimately it is up to you whether you'd rather connect with your therapist by telephone or video. We want accessing support to be as easy as possible for you.
There are options for 60 or 90-minute sessions depending on your needs. All of these selections will be made when you go to book your appointment on Jane.
Rates
Our rates are $200.00 / 60 minutes or prorated for extended sessions to be $300.00 / 90 minutes.
A limited number of sliding scale sessions are offered; this is based on an assessment of need.

If you have read about our services and are not sure if online therapy will be a good fit for you, please feel free to give us a call for a free 20-minute telephone consultation. We would be happy to recommend a method and assess your suitability for this form of treatment.
Cancellations
Village Therapy understands that unexpected things come up now and again. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please ensure you provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In order to engage in services clients must be 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
